   Rebecca was an excellent property manager. In the four years she managed our property we had happy tenants and very little vacancy. Rebecca's vetting of prospective tenants was very thorough, giving us assurance that the property would be well looked after. Rebecca has a great network of tradespeople and was quick to get any property needs sorted on our behalf. Happy to recommend, and would absolutely use Rebecca again, if we had the opportunity.

   Rebecca O’Connor has been our property manager for the past 3 years and I couldn’t recommend her enough. She is highly efficient, approachable and super friendly to deal with. Rebecca always keeps us up to date with any maintenance check up or when there’s things to be fixed in our rental property. She is very thorough in following up with maintenance to make sure we are happy and satisfied. If anyone is looking for a property manager, shes your star. Thank you for being amazing Rebecca!

   Rebecca was our agent for our last rental in Papamoa and we count ourselves very lucky to have crossed paths with her! She was always super efficient when any issues arose and kept us updated on everything, it was a breeze. It’s hard to find a good agent who you can get easily along with while maintaining a professional relationship but this gal is amazing! We are actually so gutted to be moving on from Eves & Rebecca :( but I will definitely be keeping her in my contacts!!! So grateful that we had her as our property manager :) Highly recommend! ❤️
