   As a photographer, I’ve used multiple Beyonder properties as shoot locations and they are absolutely stunning. Every space is immaculately designed, thoughtfully furnished, and styled to perfection, making them a dream setting for photo or video shoots. The booking process is seamless and efficient, and hiring them as a film location is surprisingly affordable. It's on par with studio rates but with the added bonus of having beautiful decor, furniture, and natural light already on set. Each location feels like it was curated with creativity in mind. I haven’t stayed overnight but from a creative and professional perspective, I can’t recommend Beyonder highly enough for content creation.

   We have just had weekend stay in Mt Mauganui Backyard Bliss. Such a beautiful, tidy, well equipped Property and in a very convenient location, would happily stay there again, when we come back to the Mt (from Auckland). Haley & the Team at Beyonder were amazing and easy to deal with, went the extra mile and even selected this perfect property for us, after needing a change in Accommodation due to a change in circumstances. Thanks for making our stay away in the beautiful Mt a very easy process for us and we will definitely be back.

   Haley looked after Watercliff for 6 weeks while our family visited Europe. Without doubt Haley is any business or property owners dream as she seamlessly took care of everything without a single issue. We could not recommend Beyonder more for their services.    We contacted Beyonder and liased with Haley. We found her focus was trying to capture whether we were ready to list, rather than a consultative style, and even a simple phone call was never offered to assess our needs. This type of service is unfortunately all too familiar these days, and it is very disappointing that not even basic service could be offered. When we expressed our disappointment we received a stark and frankly passive aggressive reply to contact a competitor (Time in a Place). This was not only highly offensive to us, but I'd envisage offensive to the business owner there. Clearly if she feels we are a "hospital pass" (bear in mind we had just been offered email service where we provided all details requested and professionally), she can't seriously think passing us onto a colleague which I assume she feels is a "referral", is at all helpful to the colleague. Paradox of the century. Look somewhere else. This business seems like they are more interested on holidaying than looking after holiday home clientele. Perhaps contact Time in a Place. You may be asked to.

   A friend recommended Beyonder to us. These ladies went far and beyond in assisting, they helped us without delay, very friendly and respectful when we were very desperate. The places they have in their portfolio are absolutely top, very clean, loved and modern. Can only recommend Hayley and Katie, they really go / are „Beyonder“ and I would give 6stars if I could.

   We contacted Haley because we needed a house and we were on a tight budget. She found us a very comfortable house in Papamoa with all the services we needed. The truth is that we were very fortunate to have found her. We couldn't have been more comfortable, everything went better than we expected.
