We have been using Grange Spa Mount for past 2 years for our two fur babies. The staff are amazing, they make every day fun and interactive . The dogs always come home tired after a fun day and we love seeing the pics posted on face book how their day went. The staff genuinely love dogs and this comes through how they interact with them. I would highly recommend this provider if you are wanting a fun safe and happy place for your fur babies to make new friends.
My little boy just loves going to Grange Spa in Mt Maunganui. We have been going now for a couple of months, and he is so excited at drop off time! We lost our older doggy just after we started and they were so compassionate, and caring to us both. You can see they genuinely care about their little friends. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.
We love sending Reko to Grange Spa (Mount). He is a nervous wee guy and the amazing staff have done so well with introducing him to all the other dogs and the rest of the grange spa team (clearly he found his confidence in these photos lol). We love seeing the photos posted on Facebook daily and it’s nice knowing our wee man is in great hands. He is always exhausted at the end of the day, sleeps for the rest of the afternoon!!! Amy not only welcomes Reko with open arms, but us too. She always makes time to stop and chat. Not to mention it’s reasonably priced compared to other daycares, and the app makes everything sooooo easy! Thanks guys! ❤️
Without a doubt the most friendliest, cleanest and well run of establishments. The workers all love dogs (very obvious) knowledgeable, helpful with answering questions re dogs generally. Dogs are well supervised. Care is taken with supervision and compatibilty of dogs is taken into account and adjusted for. Good and plentiful supply of toys/opportunity for additional activities and one-on-ones! Great feedback. Always pleasant to enter. Great shop. Great pricepoint. Good parking and fantastic hours!
Kate and her team love my dog, and he loves them. He's always so excited to go to Grange, he races into 'school' in the morning and barks crossly until he's let in to play with the other kids. He has developed excellent social skills at Grange under the watchful eye of the staff and enjoys the company of other dogs. Kate always provides excellent advice on his health and wellbeing and her groomer does the best job in town with his breed's special coat. My fur baby comes home from a day with his 'other mumma' happily exhausted, I couldn't wish for a better place for him to spend a busy day.
Mount Grange Spa is incredible! Our puppy Cash gets all the attention and care he could possibly ask for, he is always tired after a exciting day! Kate is a wealth of knowledge and is so in-tuned with all the doggies. Highly recommend! Thanks so much.
