Clean, freshly decorated serviced room right in the middle of town. Walking distance to a wide variety of eateries and shops. A new interactive playground nearby for the kids. Staff friendly and helpful.
Did not have prior bookings and walked in. Debbie at the reception was very welcoming. The overnight stay was very comfortable. Very well appointed rooms, well maintained property. Well located from the water front and restaurants. Highly recommended

All around negative experience. There are plenty of other more reputable places around the area to stay. I regret booking this place for multiple nights after being treated the way my family was. Staff immediately accused me of trying to avoid paying extra for my two children. I repeatedly said I had no issues with paying. They continued to berate me without taking a moment to listen. The booking site we used has been having this known issue. Other places we booked with understood this and took care of things without any issues. To get an accurate representation of how the staff is, be sure to read the replies to one and two star ratings. I should have which would have told me to stay well away from this horrible hotel.
βοΈ βοΈ βοΈ βοΈ βοΈ β β β β β Super tidy, clean, comfortable and central accommodation. And what I mean by that is possibly the cleanest and freshest place I have stayed at in a long time. Speaking to the owners in the morning it is approx 5 years old, so credit to the cleaners and maintenance team as this literally feels brand new. Bed and pillows were comfortable, the kitchen has literally everything you need if staying for slightly longer in a super cute, compact and functional kitchenette. I would def recommend for work trips, both short and longer. Couples escapes (try get harbour views if couples), or solo mental health get aways.
Best Quest I have stayed at. Looks and smells brand new even though it's 3 years old. Great staff very friendly and helpful.
The room was comfortable and well appointed. TV chanel choices were limited and access to TV over complicated. Location is good but I had to pay for street parking as the hotel did not have enough parking and I checked in at 4pm

It was within walking distance to the wharf, allowing us to easily explore the waterfront, try local restaurants, and take part in various activities in the area. Overall, our stay at Quest Tauranga Central exceeded our expectations. The well-equipped family suite, impeccable cleanliness, friendly reception staff, helpful housekeepers, modern ambiance, and convenient location made it a fantastic choice for our family getaway. What an amazing stay. The rooms were clean and tidy. Also was very quiet. They had everything we needed for a week long stay. Parking is limited, but there is free off-street parking after 6 pm.
We stayed here a few weeks back for the "first we eat" concert, I disagree with the few 1 start reviews as we had an amazing experience. The room was absolutely spotless, modern, cozy and the bed was super comfy. We only stayed for 2 nights and after the first night we came back to clean towels and our bed made. All of the staff were lovely and welcoming. We will definitely be back to stay when back in tauranga, and I'd recommend to anyone!
