“Very efficient. Medication is delivered promptly. Notifications of next delivery are sent well in advance as are reminders when prescriptions need refilling. Staff are very helpful if there are issues or queries and the fact they only charge for medicines which are not covered but no charge for prescriptions or postage is amazing. I can't recommend this service highly enough.”

While the park is generally well-maintained, the fields can become a bit muddy during the rainy season. “The staff were so helpful and organized an upgrade that we weren't able to get online. Throughout our stay the service was outstanding from all the staff. They were all so lovely and professional. They made us feel so special. The hotel is beautiful with lovely decor. Our room was really nice with a lovely view out over the city. And of course there is the chocolate hour! A few tips. It is worth paying a little bit more to get a room with a view. Where the hotel is is a bit isolated with no shops or restaurants nearby. It is worth paying to have your car parked there. We enjoyed just staying and eating at the hotel and only left once during our stay. The only low point was the bathroom door. Because it slid outside the door opening, there were huge gaps so you could hear everything!”

“Great experience. Check-in was quick. Park is huge with lots of space between campers. Kitchen, BBQ, and washrooms were brand new. Laundry takes 2x $2 coins per machine. Overall great stay would recommend. Recommendations for park: double sided dump stations to allow more efficient departure times”

“Herne Bay Beach is a lovely little beach in Auckland. On 14/10/2023, we went to Herne Bay Beach for a relaxing walk. Unfortunately, the weather was not so good and we didn’t enjoy much there. We will definitely go there again on a sunny day at Easter and recommend you to go there if you live in Herne Bay or happen to drive past there.”

“What an amazing fun experience! You walked in you would feel you were in a different place! Just make sure you know the car park is not beside the building. The car park is on the right hand of the top! If you read the sign on the building you will see it”

“Nice place! This garden is both attractive and beautiful. It offers plenty of parking space and features a lavender garden along with a blueberry farm. Visitors can enjoy picking blueberries directly from the trees. It’s also a great spot for photography!”

“We loved this tour. Darren our guide was so knowledgeable and passionate. Perry the owner also was very passionate and friendly. The scenery and wildlife were just wow. Their commitment to conservation is inspiring the little buggies are a fun way to get around and splashing through the mud was fun and we didn’t even get messy. The property and scenery is stunning. We saw a lot of seals, birdlife and the little blue penguins up close without touching or disturbing their habitat. Really highly recommend taking this tour and while there grab yourself a New Zealand made gift also and the coffee and muffins were very good.”

“We visited Crystal Mountain during the week ( school term ) it is a great place with lots to offer and very unusual and interesting things to see. It boasts A Crystal Museum and store, Huge indoor play area, two cafes, carousel rides and a roller coaster, interesting animals, large dinosaur statues and more... Lots of free parking on-site . Ideal for all ages and for kids birthday parties. You get to Interact with most animals and feed them (the animal food is sold at the main entrance Cafe) The indoor play area includes 3 rides ( Carousel, teacup and train), a jumping castle plus a Massive activity area and a separate play area for toddlers Outside activities includes a train ride, roller coaster and tractor ride. The two cafes have a variety of food on their menu and is child friendly, one cafe is situated at the main entrance and the other at the indoor play area. The staff are super super kind ,friendly , interactive and helpful. We noticed a few of the staff cover alot of responsibility of the park and even with all that responsibility they still made our visit so much more fun. A huge thanks to the amazing team namely the young lady that does the train ride and sees to the animals, the young gentleman that operates the indoor rides and oversees the indoor play area and the helpful lady at the cafe who took the time to explain all that we needed to know so that we made the most of our time there. The Crystal Museum store sell so many beautiful and unusual items. Cons: The Main cafe food is substandard but cheap, we didnt try the food at the play area Cafe. When we bought our tickets on Grab One we ensured we bought the full access tickets there was no mention that during the school term week the Rollercoaster and tractor rides do not operate, we only found this out at the cafe counter when we handed our tickets in. I will definitely be going back.”

“It's free! And it's v cute, albeit tiny. I took some photos for a young adult couple. Not crowded at all. Open 10am, and open until after the zoo next door closes. They share a car park, easy access.”

“Everything from check in to check out was on point. Great friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Helped us with our parking solution promptly and without any hassles. Great food and drinks from the bar, and the staff there were amazing as well. The cleaners kept the room immaculate during our stay. Would definitely stay there again without hesitation.”

“An amazing place with a very vibrant atmosphere. The food and coffee are amazing. We specially go in just for the cheese scones. These are such amazingly scrumptious scones nowhere to be bought in Hamilton. The staff are wonderful and always interact well. Juna and Jody are marvelous. They always greet us with a very warm welcome. This is our weekly weekend go to place.”

“We love Ngaio Playcentre. Beautiful centre, lovely people, and plenty of learning. At Playcentre I've gained a much greater understanding of my daughter's play and behaviour, so I can support her as she grows. We now have our son there too, and he is loving being exposed to the Playcentre environment from an early age.”
