Place is amazing for kids. My 3 year old loved it. All the slides and swings were like dream for my baby, she had the best time. The only reason for 4 star is food there is not that impressive and itβs pricey.

The dust of the city makes peopleβs minds feel dazed. The noise of the city makes people restless. But the tranquility of the valley, the beautiful scenery, the lovely animals, and the various crystals full of energy restore peace to the heart. This is already my third time coming to this place. Whenever I feel unhappy, I always come here to ease my emotions. This is truly a very special place. I love this crystal farm. I have a great deal of research, passion, and understanding about crystals. In both Eastern and Western cultures, the meaning of crystals is the sameβbeauty. Amethyst can clear thoughts, keep the mind calm, and support oneβs career. Citrine can open up the mind and bring more wealth. Clear quartz can purify the magnetic field and energy, allowing life to return to peace. Rose quartz represents love, hope, and beauty, and can bring vitality and happiness, making life full of love, sunshine, and radiant smiles. City life easily makes people lose themselves. Here, one can find inner peace and do a yoga of the soul.

We visited Crystal Mountain during the week ( school term ) it is a great place with lots to offer and very unusual and interesting things to see. It boasts A Crystal Museum and store, Huge indoor play area, two cafes, carousel rides and a roller coaster, interesting animals, large dinosaur statues and more... Lots of free parking on-site . Ideal for all ages and for kids birthday parties. You get to Interact with most animals and feed them (the animal food is sold at the main entrance Cafe) The indoor play area includes 3 rides ( Carousel, teacup and train), a jumping castle plus a Massive activity area and a separate play area for toddlers Outside activities includes a train ride, roller coaster and tractor ride. The two cafes have a variety of food on their menu and is child friendly, one cafe is situated at the main entrance and the other at the indoor play area. The staff are super super kind ,friendly , interactive and helpful. We noticed a few of the staff cover alot of responsibility of the park and even with all that responsibility they still made our visit so much more fun. A huge thanks to the amazing team namely the young lady that does the train ride and sees to the animals, the young gentleman that operates the indoor rides and oversees the indoor play area and the helpful lady at the cafe who took the time to explain all that we needed to know so that we made the most of our time there. The Crystal Museum store sell so many beautiful and unusual items. Cons: The Main cafe food is substandard but cheap, we didnt try the food at the play area Cafe. When we bought our tickets on Grab One we ensured we bought the full access tickets there was no mention that during the school term week the Rollercoaster and tractor rides do not operate, we only found this out at the cafe counter when we handed our tickets in. I will definitely be going back.

I went here during a weekday with My younger daughter , and my grandson, we walked around looking at the animals we then had a train ride around the park, none of the other outside rides were available, this day, and some are only available on weekends and school holidays so you will need to check for availability rather than be disappointed, in which we were not, because we had so much fun at the indoor playground and every hour one of the assistants came up and started up the inside rides which were awesome as well as the amazing indoor playground, there was so much to do then we took another stroll making our way back to the entrance where we took a long look around the beautiful Crystal shop and down the lift underneath to the museum, The whole place made a really good day out, and i felt it was value for money, the toilets were clean, park, and eating areas tidy and clean and the cafe was well stocked with some yummy looking food, to satisfy anyone, although we did not eat on this occasion, We met the queen of the place Bella the beautiful exquisite Posh Cat, I loved her she was stunningly beautiful and oh she flitted around like a queen, I took so many pictures of the park my grandsons mother was astonished lol after i sent them all to her, this Place has a good relaxed feel and I would recommend anyone who hasnt been here, to visit, I would recommend it more enjoyable for younger kids and adults, as the rides and indoor playground are based 12yrs and under, The crystal shop also has online buying as well as onsite, its a huge beautiful collection, great for gifts of all tastes and desires . Thankyou for your hospitality all the staff here were very friendly and with a smile

Kids will surely enjoy this place. The train by the entrance takes you to a slow tour around the whole place. You can see pige, donkeys, ponies, peacocks, bunnies, llamas, alpaca, emus, and others . The indoor playground is also fun. The place is overall clean and tidy.

I am so disgusted in this place, it was run down, grotty, misleading from its online website and the animals looked so neglected. I feel sad from this experience and I feel they really need to take a look at how they care for their animals. I never want to bring our children back again, the benches were even broken. I feel like calling animal welfare on you. For 2 kids and 2 adults you charged $65β¦.. I am so sad for this experience. So so sad. It just felt so dirty and down.

Great place for little ones. My son enjoyed to see lovely animals, train and car ride outside. There is a rollercoaster as well. There's cafe inside and outside. Both have same menu. Ordered wrap around $10, good size and tasty. Inside playground was great too. We will come back again.

We went on a Friday and there weren't a lot of people so it was a peaceful and relaxed experience. You can purchase your tickets and feed for the animals at the cafe. The animal feed was 50 cents a pack, which is very cheap as compared to other animal feeding experiences we have been to. You can feed all the animals with the feed except the pigs and rabbits. If you have children, they would love the indoor playground! You might also want to go on weekends or public holidays instead as the rides only operate on those days at a half hourly schedule. We enjoyed the crystal museum and shop too. There were dinosaur eggs, bones and some fossils at the museum apart from the crystals. The shop has a wide range of crystals, with both raw and polished ones in various sizes. Definitely worth a visit! :)
