Terrible attempt at using Zoom pharmacy today. Script was sent to them, I made an online order and checked out. Hours later I receive a text message with a link asking me for payment. I replied that I had already paid and had a receipt, but they again insistend payment hadn't been recieved. I'm not sure how they could have my order but not payment? Seemed very fishy, tried multiple times to call, phones are never answered. Evenutally got the order and payment they said I didn't make refunded and fulfilled my script elsewhere. I won't be trying to use them again in the future and advise caution.
I recommend Zoom Pharmacy!! After years of having to get my medications from two different regions in NZ because no other pharmacy was prepared to get a non funded medication for me, Zoom pharmacy have made my life so easy! They access all of my medications, package them in doses and send them to my rural address. The only fee I pay is for my usual non funded medication. I’m saving $50+ a month. It’s so easy my family have now joined with their meds as well!
Purchased Omron Blood Pressure Cuff via website. The website is easy to use from finding and selecting the product (which I found reasonably priced) to paying. Shipping and delivery is prompt. Purchased on the 1st and item arrived on the 3rd. The cuff works perfectly with my Omron blood pressure machine and comes with 3 different types of connector fittings. It is comfortable on the arm and the fabric used is of excellent quality. Will definitely consider browsing their website for future purchases.
Very efficient. Medication is delivered promptly. Notifications of next delivery are sent well in advance as are reminders when prescriptions need refilling. Staff are very helpful if there are issues or queries and the fact they only charge for medicines which are not covered but no charge for prescriptions or postage is amazing. I can't recommend this service highly enough.
Been with Zoom for a few years and find it an asset being delivered to my door. They are friendly and follow up. Keep up the good work.

Excellent service and have been using for several years now. About 2 years ago I won a monthly Covid pack which included the finger monitor, which came in very handy when the nurse one through up an error, came in very useful. Would highly recommend Zoom Services especially in the older generation having medication delivered to their door.
As a high user, my drugs arrive in easy use sachets, prepackaged for daily use at no charge. I am really impressed at how Zoom manage my prescriptions. When you go to Zoom, you get total care not just a dispensary.
