Zealandia shuttle leaves just a short walk away from the iSite centre. Really convenient. I would suggest buying a City Pass from the iSite if you intend on going to Zealandia and the zoo, plus the cable car.

If you are looking for the shuttle bus for Zealandia (it's a van that has 10 seats)
It was simple enough area but the problem I had was it was quite difficult to find. This is due to next to no signage telling me where I was and there was no covered area so when it started raining I got wet. The drivers were great however and very prompt pickup and drop off.
