“I entered the Sketchers store on Cuba St, Wellington. I was welcomed with a warm greeting from Jonty. They immediately asked if they could be of assistance. I was on the hunt to replace my favourite pair of Sketchers, he immediately brought out all the colour options in my size. Helped me figure out I needed the wide fit. There was a specific colour-way I was after. They checked all the options and found them available online. They answered all my questions with confidence. They set-up my order as a distant order. As someone who works in management in a retail store I always appreciate exceptional service. Jonty provided exceptional, friendly, customer service. I would hire them. Thank you.”

“Best beard barber in NZ, if not the pacific, in fact award winning. Great quality old world furnitures and gifts, with a big dose of opinion available. Don’t mistaken this store for the neighboring hair cutting business which are not related.”

Her attention to detail and customer care made the experience stress-free. Highly recommend Arshi.”

“I went to Sketchers Tower Junction today with my Mum as we both wanted walking shoes, no one in store when we entered and a girl stood at the counter but avoided eye contact and did not greet us or offer assistance. I decided to find shoe sizes and basically serve myself and my Mum. When I did this we were suddenly assisted by a lovely friendly young woman, we were given exceptional service from Georgia (the manager). We ended up buying three pairs of shoes and I was happy with the service we received from Georgia and complimented her as we left. It’s a shame that other staff member wasn’t up to serving us today.”

“Good supplier for cheapest of the cheap. Appliances, furniture, beds, kitchens, bathrooms, tools, whiteware plus more. Well worth a visit if your on a budget.”

“Not bad at all. Helpful and friendly salesperson on hand. Fair range of stock and looks like quality product without the usual store MDF cheap rubbish. Store a little cold to walk around during our visit - so wrap up warm on cooler days. Prices internet competative. Recommended.”

“While I love the SPCA and the work they do, you have one extremely rude worker in your shop !!! Literally throwing some of the clothes back at me that i came in to donate and telling me how my things weren't up to her standard. Won't donate or come here again. Extremely embarrassing experience.”

“Mike is a straight-up guy. Great service, knows his stuff, good range of stock. Will definitely be back for more goodies. Thanks Mike.”
