   For the second time I have had something delivered and no phone call or notification it was coming. Also left at the wrong place and luck my neighbour saw my.ohone number and rang. I did complain last time and was told this would not happen again. It has. Not impressed

   If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have bought items off this company before and thought they were great. Until I bought my side by side fridge freezer. I bought it back in April 2025. Then on 30 September it started not working. On the 1st October I contacted them as freezer was starting not to freeze. My freezer was full of meat and food. Most of the contact was via email. It felt like there was a massive lack of urgency on there part. If I rung I was either passed around or fobbed off. A guy came out to look at it and he said it needed a new part. Not that I was told. It was my son that got that information. I kept ringing to find the status and each time barely getting a response. It took them till the following Friday for the part to go in at 4.50pm. By this point my freezer was empty as all the food had thawed and was such a waste. Then Saturday came and it was still no different, not working and the fridge wasn’t even working properly. On Monday I was ringing and trying to get a replacement out as I was heading out of town on Wednesday and my older kids needed a fridge. Between Monday and Tuesday I was given the run around and spoke to so many different people. The lady I was emailing with was ignoring me. I felt like shit because of them. On Tuesday I was told it wouldn’t be there till Wednesday. I was not impressed. I was stressed and crying and the guy on the phone said to have a good day. Read your audience. I had to organise for someone to be available for delivery of the new and collection of the old. I was given the delivery guys number to get a time and he never replied nor gave a time. It was my phone that got the txt saying it was on its way. I was in another country. I was told he refused to bring the new one into the house or bring out the old one as they aren’t allowed. My 19yr old son and one other adult had to do it by themselves. No help. As for compensation I finally heard back and was offered either a $250 trade depot voucher or $180 to my account. Are they serious to think I would shop there again. Yet I’m not allowed the same back for the huge loss of food. There lack of care and understanding is astonishing. Absolutely disgusting service. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

   Good supplier for cheapest of the cheap. Appliances, furniture, beds, kitchens, bathrooms, tools, whiteware plus more. Well worth a visit if your on a budget.

   Cheap products with average quality but the customer service is terrible. I spent an hour and a half in total between the shop and their warehouse for something that should've taken 20 minutes at any other supplier of the same product. If you have time to spare or don't mind waiting while thinking "are the staff actually coming back?" then by all means shop here. I won't be back unless the price means I can afford to waste hours of my life.
