Bought a king single from these guys but the thing broke on the left side after a few months use. Got a free replacement part but it has since broke again and they won't help me because of warranty which is within their right I guess. Don't buy these beds if you are on the heavier side they cannot handle weight.

BEWARE! DO NOT SHOP HERE! I was not able to go ahead with an order and they kept 20% of the cost of the item!! I lost $150 even though the item DID NOT EVEN LEAVE THEIR PREMISES! There is no signage anywhere that states this nor do they tell you, which is a dishonest business practice in my opinion. I was happy to pay the assembly fee for their time assembling the item but anything more is absolute greed on their part. They also say “last one left” to make you think you need to purchase or you will miss out, when in actuality they have plenty in stock. The “Sales Manager” is related to the “Boss” and pretends they are just work colleagues. There was no reason except greed to keep that much of my money for an item that was unused and in pristine condition that did not even leave their premises and could be sold again. Disgusting, revolting way to conduct business.
Purchased both bed and mattress. Bed was very easy to assemble unlike many other flat packs from similar furniture importers and whats more he only sells items IN STOCK so no waiting around for months . Very happy. Would buy again.
Not bad at all. Helpful and friendly salesperson on hand. Fair range of stock and looks like quality product without the usual store MDF cheap rubbish. Store a little cold to walk around during our visit - so wrap up warm on cooler days. Prices internet competative. Recommended.
Great prices, great selection. Good service. Quality can be good to great but we had one product with a defect, however they were willing to take it back and give us a refund.
Bought grey cnr louge suite and springs are gone in cnr part in less than a year & foam also bad quality starting to sag. They weren't at all interested to assess it just made excuses that somebody must've jumped on it etc and refused to help whatsoever didn't call back as promised and just plain avoidant and rude. $1600 down the drain. Would never use these guys again & wouldn't recommend it if you want to do trustworthy business. Highly disappointed with product and service.
