“It was honestly the best customer service I’ve ever had in NewZealand. Tanya gave me spot-on advice and a few great suggestions that helped clear up things I’d been unsure about. Thank you, Tanya — it was an amazing experience.”

“I was really impressed with the customer service here on Sunday. The staff were all so polite and welcoming as soon as I walked in, which always makes a difference. One lady in particular was really helpful when she was assisting me and recommending sizes for my son. It felt like she actually took the time to help, which I appreciated. And on top of that there was some great sales in store too! Definitely worth a visit.”

“I would like to express my gratitude and patience when requiring minor surgery. South City Dr's especially Dr Ewen and Dr Hancock were helpful and professional in all their dealings with me. Louise from Accounts managed the financial side with diplomacy and tact during a challenging time. This enabled me to have the needed surgery and retain my dignity while I worked through the financial cost. I have been coming to this practise for 20 years now and right from Dr Bradley looking after me during my pregnancy to now - you have been amazing. Thanks heaps.”

“I am a first time mum, and felt overwhelmed by all the brands and what I actually really needed. I sent an email with all I was looking for, and had a reply immediately from Kate, extremely helpful, guiding me to navigate through what would suit us best (not pushy or telling us the most expensive one was best etc) Answered my million questions and we put together a large bundle which we finally went in and paid for yesterday, after Kate going above and beyond with speedily emailing back then spending the time explaining and demo'ing in store. I also love that you can get everything you need from the same shop and there is no pressure, and expert advice, especially on carseats and prams, we learned so much and you can tell Kate knows her stuff and is happy to share any information you ask for. This will be my main shopping spot for all things baby and toddler. Thank you Baby City and thank you Kate. I had also been in a previous 2 times just to look and not buy and the other 2 ladies I met were also friendly and welcoming even though I wasnt ready to purchase yet. The store itself is clean, easy to move around, not cluttered and well organized.”

“Chadwick Road Supermarket is the best supermarket in Greerton. The owners & staff are always so friendly & helpful. Nothing is ever too hard for them. They sell groceries, veges, many frozen foods, huge selection of drinks, great selection of gift cards & of course Lotto.”

“Hands down the best massage in the country. Pritika is honestly so so lovely, I have been going to her for years when I visit my parents place in Hawke’s Ba. She always is so polite, friendly and has a genuine interest in providing the best possible service. Pritika has an extensive knowledge and have confidently gone to her for pregnancy massages with my two children. I always walk away feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.”
