I sent an email with all I was looking for, and had a reply immediately from Kate, extremely helpful, guiding me to navigate through what would suit us best (not pushy or telling us the most expensive one was best etc) Answered my million questions and we put together a large bundle which we finally went in and paid for yesterday, after Kate going above and beyond with speedily emailing back then spending the time explaining and demo'ing in store.
