   Seems to be a lack of staff, every time I'm left waiting to be served in an empty shop, or the manager (I assume) seems to enjoy coming out for a quick stare and then hiding in the office. Long time customers but considering the price and the lack of customer care, will be considering better options.

This polite young woman helped me construct the perfect colour scheme to suit my 6 storey mansion located in Oriental Parade.    Anti cycling hypocritical business. Talks about environmental stuff but only want the city for big carbon emitting 4WD. It os so nice you replied. It is obvious you missed your calling as a full qualified town planner. Maybe consider this. CAR DrIVERs don't see cycles. CAR DrIVERs treat stop signs like give way signs and bang too late. The U- turn cut throughs are already dangerous. There is no way to mitigate safety and retain them when the goal is a Separated and safe cycle way. I am sorry your convenience will be disrupted by having to go down to the Vivian street intersection.... 120metres at most? But convenience is worth a few maimed or dead cyclists to your company.

   I selected Resene paint because of their reputation, and I haven't been disappointed in that regard. However, colour-matching is another issue entirely. Unless you're trying to match a previously-used Resene paint for which you know the name, the results you get border on the random. I discovered they couldn't provide the colour I wanted even with the hex and RGB values. (Why? I don't know. The person I spoke to said those values yielded multiple choices, which is untrue. It yields a selection of the closest they can come with what they already have - not the same thing.) I picked the best from what they had - a gold and a dark tan. The paint proved to be bright yellow and light yellow. Don't EVER assume a swatch is telling you the proper colour if the colour really matters to you. Only a testpot can do that. Their software needs a SERIOUS upgrade! Nevertheless, their paint is great.
