She was professional, reassuring, and kept me well informed, ensuring everything was thoroughly checked and handled smoothly.     Yet another disappointing, abysmal service from Gazley VW - please go elsewhere. Note: This review is regarding the Gazley VW service side. Similar to other reviews here, each time I take my vehicle in for a service here, I hope that the last experience was a once off and subsequent visits will be better - yet unsurprisingly they're not anomalies. The service staff are so disinterested, inattentive and seem totally oblivious to important details. Recently took my vehicle in for it's annual scheduled service: 1: Booked two weeks in advance for a scheduled service and wheel alignment. Upon arrival around 4pm - the designated pick-up time, I was advised that the garage was running late and my vehicle was not ready (bearing in mind it has been with Gazley since 9am). It was only now that I was told their Wheel Aligner hadn't been set up and they wouldn't be able to do this today and would have to be rebooked for a yet to be confirmed future date. I said I would return around 5 which they said would be fine. Returning at 5 my car was still not ready and I sat in their reception for over half an hour while they supposedly completed paperwork and waited for my car. Upon completion the advisor appeared disinterested in a debrief re the work carried out and was unable to give me a date for the wheel alignment to be completed. Was also advised that my car was included in a recall campaign but she was unable to tell me which component or when I would need to return to have this remediated. 2: Five weeks later I was contacted and booked in for another appointment to have the wheel alignment and vehicle campaign work completed. Given a 4pm pick-up time - yet again upon arrival was advised that they were unable to complete the work and would need to keep my car overnight. Begrudgingly I agreed and returned the next day around 4.30. I dealt with a different service advisor this time and although she tried, had absolutely no idea what work had been completed on my car and couldn't find any paperwork to inform her. She then incorrectly advised that I would need to re-book my car again to have the work completed. At this point I said no, this is what this booking was for and asked her to check with her colleagues. She went away for a few minutes and returned to confirm the work had been completed but couldn't tell me any details regarding the campaign recall. I said I'd wait to talk to the previous advisor who I had been dealing with - said advisor also had no clue either what had been done and was even confused by her own notes she'd written on the service record, first saying it was something to do with door latches before I mentioned I was under the impression it was something to do with a fuel pump replacement. The advisors said they would email me a complete record of the work carried out once they had confirmation from the garage/skoda - It's now been FIVE weeks and still no email. If anything, they're consistent - consistently bad at what they do and considering the prices they charge for a standard service, one would think they'd have paywave. Please consider taking your business and loyalty elsewhere.

    The experience over the past 2 years with our Golf, which we purchased from Gazelys, has been exponentially horrific. From the minute we purchased the vehicle, the service would be best described as disinterested, uncaring and rude. The experience since buying the car has been even worse. We have had constant issues resulting in our car being towed twice and spending more than 4 weeks in gazeyls possession over more than 10 different occasions. More than once, we have have been left without a car after being told β€˜no loan cars available’. Emails are left unanswered for days, calls are ignored and never rung back and people are constantly unavailable for in person meetings. The service staff have consistently told us our car is fixed now, and in less than a month, the same issues once again resurface. If you can, avoid Gazleys at ALL COSTS. They do not have the customers best interest at heart and their service level is a 0. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

    Recommend highly. The team are able to help me find specific parts for my Vw and when I find the source of the issue and provide video footage, they diagnose the problem almost instantly and don’t charge hefty prices. Not only that but they’ve taught me a lot about my car I never knew. Thanks to Kaleb and Shaun for being fantastic people in the service department from taking my bookings to diagnosing the problems to servicing my car. Very high quality and very good standards and knowledge about Volkswagens, especially first generation Touaregs.

    Best service ever, they were friendly, professional and really fast. They took lots of time for me and explained me everything. And they also cleaned my dirty car after the repair. I can highly recommend this company and the friendly people there:)

    Great service from the sales team at Gazley! They made everything very easy to organise, even from seven hours away! Marwaan & Madi were great to deal with. Marwaan did everything he could to assist & make the process as smooth as possible. Highly recommended!

    Fantastic service was well informed of all the work required by the experienced service team. Given a heads up of the approximate costings for that too. Treated really well by the reception team. Car was serviced and thoroughly cleaned on collection too. Nice to get some Fantastic service and would definitely recommend to others.
