Blaze & chill? more like expensive & rude. Trying to return a faulty item and their customer service is atrocious. I’m going back to Blitzed!
A sour little man runs this shop now. Terrible customer service, inflated prices due to lack of sales. Sad to see a good shop go to waste.
Please read this review before purchasing anything from here, this guys vapes are faulty and overpriced. i thought it was just me then my friends also got sick due to his faulty vapes....its been sitting there for who knows how long and it's disgusting i told him about it and he refused to listen. i asked for a refund and also denied it. Please don't buy anything from this shop!

Stock wise- store is cool. Other than that hate going into blaze and chill because the guy who runs the place is a joke. Constantly trying to scam his customers and is rude and unprofessional, acts like he has no idea when you call him out for lying. Just a money hungry drop shipping store, long story short go to shosha!
Worst customer service ever, basically told to leave when browsing made everyone in the shop feel extremely unwelcome and had a had a very cold tone, definitely does not care about his cliental and clearly is a hungry money muncher.
If I could give this place 0 stars based on my experience today and experiences of others I know who have expressed their cream chargers are 90% faulty in each box. Today no more than 30 mins ago I purchased an $150 scale. We checked it in store, to which I firstly pointed out to whoever I had the displeasure of being served by, that scales are not meant to be left upside down (scale part down) for long periods of time to which he aggressively said ‘I know’… the next issue I mentioned was that the top blue film (protective peel off layer) had scratches in it. To which he replied it’s just the top but not the scale. I said okay, and he began to re pack the scale without the two protective covers he had just unpackaged. This was a highly unpleasant interaction and for someone who specialises in a vape store and selling these items I find it very confusing as to how you can confidently ignore common knowledge of how to use and keep these items in the best performing way. I returned to the store (less than 10 minutes ago) and asked for a refund and calmly explained (with a video - attached is a picture from the video) showing the scratch marks had been deep enough to dent the scale itself. He then replied that he needed to see the video and I said sure but we spoke about this less than 20 minutes prior. I was then told not to come back to the store, he told me to f*** off as I walked out when I was clearly frustrated explaining that he shouldn’t sell damaged items especially at $150. I have no clue who this man was, or the reason for the attitude however I do know he was uninformed on usage of the products in the store as well as rude and arrogant when confronted with criticism. Please educate your staff on procedures etc. Blaze and Chill was a store I ranted and raved about two years ago, today it’s a mess.
RAW lovers this is not the shop for you! They sell FAKE 1 1/4 cones from Wish. Easy to tell they're fake too by the colour of the packs, the way the tip is rolled and the fact that they have plastic straws instead of cardboard. Reported to RAWthenticator. Buyer beware!
I bought a Caliburn for $60 and the manager said whatever you need come back here. Turns out they don’t actually stock the coils for refill so now I can’t use it. Left my number with the manager and they just don’t care. I guess they were trying to get rid of old stock? Waste of money, poor customer service do not recommend at all.
