While I love the SPCA and the work they do, you have one extremely rude worker in your shop !!! Literally throwing some of the clothes back at me that i came in to donate and telling me how my things weren't up to her standard. Won't donate or come here again. Extremely embarrassing experience.
Won't be back here I was a weekly explorer. 2nd hand shoes jackets all up between $40 -$80.00 same for some Brande shoes that have hardly any wear left in them $45 and a dirty Ole floor Matt for $80 you'd think we were buying these brand new on sale. And soo much over priced items so disappointed 22nd may 2024 do better you receive donated goods. What's absolutely great but you're going to loose the support from the community as people won't shop here. Be more realistic about your prices be interesting if this carrys on whether your shop will survive this change.
Debbie was incredibly unfriendly and unwelcoming at this store. She never smiled once. The whole transition was uncomfortable silent. She didn't offer me a bag and I had to stand outside the store struggling with all my items.
Coming from Australia, op shops there are always screaming out for bedding whom are given to those in need, eg homeless. I was dumbfounded when we went to donate bedding (after we purchased brand new for our travels in a campervan we got cold with what was given), did not accept bedding. We managed to find a skip bin and dumped it
Great store. Friendly staff and love the kiszone. Good prices and items.
Amazing service. I was welcomed as I came in by a member and the store was clean and all items were reasonably priced with a lot of bargains. The gentleman that served me was very kind and helpful. Will be returning :)
Found some hidden gems. 3 stars as the last two times i’ve visted the store has been closed, although it says its open on Google
Worth a visit. Please support the animals. Easy to move around the shop and stock is always changing. Parking at rear of shop.
