   I have been coming to Avalon Pharmacy for the past 3-4 months after moving away from the pharmacy I have been with for over 17 years. I have found the staff at Avalon Pharmacy to be fantastic, polite and very helpful. They have made my transition over very easy. Thank you Avalon Pharmacy staff :-)

   Unfortunately there is always at least a 15min wait. On the last 2 times I visited on both occasions they didn't tag my script so my wait was much longer. Very disappointing service. They are clearly understaffed.

   I dropped in to get a repeat on my script went to the front ordered it then went outside to see my girlfriend and puppy I was gone for probably a minute at most.Then went back in was waiting for 20 mins its a small pharmacy so they know I was waiting. I noticed that people were getting there script before me so went up and enquired and it turned out my script was just waiting there on the shelf said to the lady oh I was waiting just there for it. She didn't say anythingand just seemed real over it.I was civil didn't make a scene but I won't be going back there again.Go some where else bad customer service
