Signed up for a Tuesday morning tennis session with my two friends about a month ago. When we showed up, the guy told us it wasn't for beginners and they don't provide rackets - would've been nice to know that before we paid! He said they'd refund our money, but here we are a month later and still nothing. We've sent multiple emails and called several times with no response. Really frustrating to just ignore paying customers like that. Still NO news from them until now!!!
