“Went to Rebel Sports. No service ,no stock of shoes I wanted , staff not interested in helping customers I got brushed off. Went to Sketechers spoke to a customer services girl who was extremly helpfull , found a model I liked and though they did not have my size gave me the product SKU so I could buy online which I have just done. Talk about the difference between chalk and cheese.I was in sales for 40 years and I know good and bad customers services when I see it and good customer service is getting hard to find . Well done Sketchers Botany. A+++.Highly Recommended.”

“We have been going to this pharmacy for 34 years, it has been in business for a very long time. From what I can remember Leanne has now been the owner for over ten years and had run the business before that, she is extremely, very knowledgeable and just a wonderful person who know's her clients well and the regular clients fully trust her and her great staff. She must be as good a boss as well as she really does keep her staff, training most of them along with their university studies and they get well qualified but stay working in the pharmacy, which speaks very highly of Leanne's quality as a boss, mentor and friend. This pharmacy is in the very center of Howick so is super convenient, best by far in the Howick region.”

“I have the unfortunate displeasure of using public transport (AT Transport) to get from A TO Z across Auckland. Today I lost my hop card with $20 on it. I called A.T and cancelled the card & was told I had to go to Manukau for a new one..... I had no card to get there. Then while talking to my neighbour I was told that Karishma Food Market sell the cards.Oh my lord & Im not religious THANK YOU VERY MUCH Karishma...... you saved me from a lot of stress. “Some time ago I brought in my puffer jacket to be mended after it got ripped when I was knocked to the ground in a car accident (thankful for a quality jacket that helped cushion my fall). The staff were really lovely and the team in Chch who did the repair did a wonderful job, and charged a very reasonable fee. Love my jacket, it keeps me super warm even on the coldest winter days and it’s lasted for years. Thanks heaps ☺️”

“For those of us who come to the Bottle Store looking for $3 Strong beers I cant recommend anything better than, Hite - Extra Strong Beer, something I've only seen stocked here. Less offensively 'clear spirit' tasting than Royal Dutch, not as sweet as 8.6, a little more flavorful than Haagen and far less bitter than Carlsberg. After the Kingfisher price hike this is my go to. A perfect middle of the road Strong Beer in terms of taste and price.”

“I needed to get some new shoes for work and had just the best shoe shopping experience when I went into the Cashel street store last Thursday. Store manager Jeff was the best ! Really efficient, helpful, chatty, attentive and incredibly knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. I tried on a number of different styles of shoes and sizes, and nothing seemed to be a problem to him. His manner was friendly, upbeat and down-to-earth. He gave me his time and undivided attention and seemed happy to ask all of my questions (I'm not a frequent shopper and often find decision-making hard!), he didn't mind my annoying questions and indecision. Based on all the above, I ended up buying not one but two pairs of shoes/boots! Jeff had recommended the Dr Marten Wonder balsam product to me but they were out of stock. Never fear ! Jeff and his colleague located the product at a different Platypus store (in Queenstown) and arranged for it to be delivered to my house and free of charge! Unbelievably it was in my mailbox the next day ! This was the cherry on top of the icing on the cake! Such great customer care and service. Definitely heading back. I highly recommend this store to anyone after good shoes and great service. Thanks again Jeff & co.”

“I met Elise at the Christchurch Home Show and was surprised to learn that Kitchen studio offered kitchen renovations. We have a relatively new home, but it had a terrible painted laminate work bench and I wanted to extend the breakfast bar and add more storage. The end result exceeded our expectations, we added an instant hot water tap, some inserts to existing cupboards and a Silestone work bench. Elise colour matched our existing cupboards and the flow is seamless. Ben, our installer solved a couple of sticky problems with ease and was a perfectionist, ensuring that we got the finish we are now proud of... thanks Ben! Kitchen Studio organised the electrician and plumber for us and both arrived on time and did a great job. We are delighted with our 'new' kitchen, a huge thank you to everyone who made it happen :-)”
