From the moment I walked in, her genuine warmth and kindness made all the difference. Despite my anxiety (which I hide well) she greeted me with the most sincere smile, instantly putting me at ease. Arzana went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of Crocs for my teenager. She patiently searched through the racks, even kneeling down to ensure she found the right size. Though I was unsure, she took the initiative to check using my number anyway, and to my surprise, I was indeed a member!
