    Cautious about buying from online photos and pre-made bunches, I had a bouquet made from the fresh stems on display. My requirements were a $100 "big and bold". Yes, it takes 10 minutes while the flowers are prepared, but you can see what was in stock and which stems are selected. Staff listened and were pleasant to deal with.

    Very disappointing. I asked for blue flowers for a male- but a bunch of purple and yellow with some white arrived with purple paper and a cream ribbon. Not very 'male'. Also, I wanted it delivered in the morning prior to going out to lunch and at midday had to ring and ask when the flowers would be delivered. I then asked for them to be delivered late afternoon- but there they were on the front step at 1.30 pm when we arrived home. AND - they had spelled my name incorrectly- Would not use them again.
