   I recently shopped at the Victoria St location, Daphne was nothing short of exceptional. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable, she is a true professional. As a mature woman the pre-loved merchandise was right up my alley. It’s not often I go into a clothing store and am spoilt by many choices of clothing items I want to buy. I left with two gorgeous items of clothing that I wear often and they look and feel brand new.

   Absolute 0 customer service both times I’ve walked into the johnsonville Shop. Today neither me nor 4 other customers were even given a hello - and the staff member looked like she was avoiding everyone at all costs. Shame as there are some cool pieces - lack of service makes you not bother to even try anything.

   The young woman working here always has immaculate presentation and manner. The store layout is free flowing and highlights some of the more flattering pieces. Quality when buying 2nd hand is not assured always but here it is. I love to shop here for my mother and grandmother.

   I've had a bad experience at Johnsonville. I took my newly drycleaned dress to be sold in the shop. After it not selling I had it returned to me, but now it has a large permanent marker stain on it. At the town store I went to pick up unsold items. I realised there was an item missing, so went back and asked. They told me it had sold a month earlier. If I hadn't asked I may have never been told.

   Amazing stock, just a shame the store is so small!! Some great pieces, would be helpful if staff could sort the clothes into sizes, as I spend a lot of time looking at tags or trying to find tags. Quality of the clothes is fantastic. Great for finding workwear. But if more that 5 people are in the store I become quite claustrophobic.

   The stock was amazing in store and I ended up buying 2 Kowtow items that I'm really stoked with. I wasn't on the other hand impressed with the service I received. The woman at the counter informed me they don't usually stock "plus sized" items but they've been "forced to" and made me feel like I was privledged to be able to shop there. It really brought me down from feeling 11/10 in the dresses to a 2/10.
