Because of Black Friday sales, the item of clothing we were after was out of stock. Managed to find an alternative so all was good. Friendly helpful staff.
Shout out Connor at this store!! I called ahead yesterday to order about 20 shirts for my team's new uniform, he sorted everything and when i arrived instore realised i didn't have the right credit card he took the payment over the phone. Said he'd call back when they were ready, as I needed them for the next day. Despite the store already closing, he called once it was all processed, unlocked the shop and met me at the door with the purchases. I really appreciate his help and urgency, and all the other guys in store were lovely too.
I visited this store today at around 3:30pm hoping to quickly pick up a pair of jeans for my husband, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. While one customer was receiving constant attention—being offered styles, colors, and options—the assistant completely ignored me. I stood by the counter for an unreasonably long time, waiting to check out the item I had already selected. The retail assistant would walk around following the other customer without even assuring me that I’d be attended to next nor asking me to wait for a wee while. It felt frustrating and disappointing to be overlooked like that, especially when all I needed was a little acknowledgment and a simple transaction. I hope the staff can learn to balance their attention between TWO customers, not just focus on one person at a time. I just decided to return the jeans and leave the store. Poor customer service!!!!
Super friendly gentleman in here, very accommodating and helpful. We love our clothes that we get from y’all, and especially happy that we found y’all on a sale day too.
I usually shop here with my partner, we love the brand and being a loyal customer for years but today we went over to exchange a product bought on the holiday period which they didn’t want change it for us, we understand that they have a exchange policy but they told us that it was going be extended for the holiday period. we came a week after and they didn’t change ir for us even though when I bought it as a present, I would be able to change it after we could come back from our holiday (early feb) Horrible service and very poor customer service

Came in today started to get served was trying shoes asked to try a different size she went to the computer to check and then just started serving another customer.
Visited your store today. I was served by Julia (according to the receipt). Great to enjoy some professional retail service. She was obviously passionate for retail, her job and connecting and taking an interest in her customers. Future group manager, as opposed to store manager I would suggest. Thank you.
