The girl who assisted me this morning was very rude and had a very cheeky attitude. Grabbing my item from the counter (which by the way was the stores fault) and being annoyed with the process to exchange. Employing kids with this type of attitude is not the way forward to great customer service!! Maybe time to have that crucial staff meeting on how to treat your customers.
