Store in New Zealand

“Tracey, Taylor (I think, Tuesday team) and the team at this branch are absolutely fantastic. They always treat me with such kindness and are always so happy in all of the interactions I've seen and received. I am a very indecisive shopper and they have never been frustrated at me looking at the same thing many times before making decisions. Thank you to both Tracey. Taylor and the team at this store for your kindness and wonderful customer service.”

“Very good. The lady working there was very helpful, kind, patient and knowledgable of the products being sold.”

“One of my favorite places to shop! Amazing kind owners with a great range of product!!!”

“Tried to call, but went to voicemail and they instantly called back, very helpful and listened intently to what I was asking and offered some good advice for me to move forward with - thank you”

“Good service by Milo, most knowledgeable member there regarding parts, and excellent car care, leading to superior results, couldn't recommend him enough A++”

“Very cool shop very cool people . Recently came and bought a harness for myself, grannies still got it”

“A Nice Smooth Coffee - Top Notch The current staff now making the coffee are very polite and friendly, and the coffee is always consistently good. A handy place for tradies to drop in and grab a coffee and sandwich. Perfectly positioned next to the train station also.”

“Beautiful store with pleasant friendly staff”

“#bargain 5 dollar toilet brush absolute legend great service”

“Shout out to Zach and Ollie for helping me on my bike earlier. I really appreciate your help, thank you!”

“Good service needs recognition and appreciation. From Annabel I had a superb experience today in choosing both a card and paper for my daughter's graduation. I value perspectives from those around the same age when chosing gifts form my children. When selecting a card, Annabel was confident, and clear about the direction I should take, explaining the various persctives of different selections. Thanks to Annabel's perspective and help, I made the best, the right card choice on this important occassion. If I'd gone the way I had originally thought, I see, thanks to Annabel, how it would have been an emabrrasing mistake. So again, thanks for being of great service Annabel. Very much appreciated.”

“Excellent Service and very fair pricing. Bought in my Masport Lawnmower for a service after it died. Ended up needing a replacement engine after 12+ years. They found a VG Reconditioned Motor at an amazing price. Runs like near New.”

“Coffee is A++ and I’m a coffee snob, was nice to finish a good coffee. I had chicken wings, while they’re were a tad oily they were still tasty and a decent serving! Had a chips on the side and that was also a decent serving and were very tasty, bonus points for not having dry wings. Partner had the chicken burger which he really enjoyed. Overall a really nice experience, the lady who served us was super polite and had fab hospo skills - very welcoming. Fire was also on so we were toasty warm. We will back back in the summer ☀️”

“Great variety friendly helpful staff”

“Just called through to L T Campbell almost right on closing time and half expected to get a voice mail as you might expect elsewhere. Fortunately for me, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff were on hand and as friendly as if it were 9am on a Monday. Outstanding initial experience that has won my custom, I will be taking my carpet cleaning machine through to them in the morning.”

“Our 'oodle was very relaxed and happy with his groom. There was time for him to mingle with other dogs and they took snacks off us to keep him happy and rewarded (a nice touch). And he got a great groom too! Cheers.”

“Really popular with the green party and a certain MP once "redistributed wealth" to herself in this store.”

“Went there to just have a look. Was served by Genesis and she was amazing. I didn’t feel like a customer at all, felt like I knew her for ages. She helped me pick out shoes and it sounded like she knew what she was talking about. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time! 12/10 would definitely shop there again”

“Good service, clean, pleasant atmosphere, and cheapest prices.”

“Love this store! Always manage to find something amazing for myself, family or a friend. Not sure what happened with the previous reviewer but I have always found the staff pretty chill helpful and relaxed. A shout out to Kirsty who has been keeping the place going for years! May she never leave! Her fashion style and the way she cares for all her visitors both 2 legged and 4 legged makes me smile everytime I shop. The music is really cool as well...always find a new track to look up from listening to it instore. :) All in all its a10/10”

“Yesterday I come in with a list of items I needed for Christmas. I was a bit embarrassed as the list was longg but Jesse, the goat, helped me find everything! From a controller, games (both new and pre-owned), figurines - He helped me find *everything*, I was so so grateful!! He was multitasking the entire time as well, helping other customers with gift recommendations and popping to the back to check if items were in stock. Insane level of customer service. Despite taking up nearly half an hour of his time, he also made sure all the discounts were added and matched the online prices. Bro deserves a raise, keys to the city and an all expense paid trip for the holidays. Special thanks to Jed too, who was also multitasking during the Christmas rush but made time to check I had everything. Y'all deserve a great holiday and an amazing 2026. Thank you thank you!!”

“Great delivery service. Super fast. Thanks guys.”

“Great for trades people. Looks like this is where their focus is. Very neat and clean in the store. The staff are friendly and they can help with advice, if you need it.”

“Had excellent service from Joy at the Kāpiti store. She went above and beyond what i would have expected to find a hard to get part. Even though it wasn't a high value item, she researched and managed to locate exactly what I needed. This isn't the first time she has helped in this way, which I why I decided to write a review about her commitment to her customers. She is a real asset to the branch and brand.”

“Awesome customer service, produce is always fresh, clean store, great prices heaps of parking”
