Had excellent service from Joy at the KΔpiti store. She went above and beyond what i would have expected to find a hard to get part. Even though it wasn't a high value item, she researched and managed to locate exactly what I needed. This isn't the first time she has helped in this way, which I why I decided to write a review about her commitment to her customers. She is a real asset to the branch and brand.
Legends! I had the best experience at repco today. Window wipers replace, and they put them on for me. Oil was way cheaper than i expected. Then I had to return a compressor that i had bought 4 months ago. It had never worked, but i hadn't got my act together to return it. I fully expected to be told "tough luck" . But repco came through. A full replacement of a better product. Free of charge. Legends. All the way through this i was chatting to the staff about some pretty horrible reasons that needed to get my car ready for a long trip. Shock possibly leading to some slight over sharing about a funeral for a 4yr old. They were amazingly compassionate. This was just a really heart healing experience. Not what I would expect from a automotive supply place. Just amazing. If i could give them more than 5 stars, i would. Thanks team

Always feel pressured when walking in. Not much selection here, a bit pricey. Prefer the rival store

Purchased an item from here after being installed I discovered that they had sold me the wrong one. At their cost they replaced this one had it installed.The team were very helpful, especially Joy. I throughly recommend Kapiti Repco.
