   Bought a second hand X5 from them some years ago. Had my first flat tyre last month only to realise that the spare wheel they left in the boot wasn't a X5 one (??), making this normally casual incident a very messy and frustrating situation.. Won't buy there again.

   I bought an old BMW E30 earlier this year, but wanted an appropriate number plate surround for a new number plate. As I walked in, one of their team asked if I needed any help - I explained what I was after and without hesitation, he handed over the surrounds. I was grateful but he was insistent that it was a pleasure. Great experience. I've since taken another car in for service, not an expensive car, and I received fantastic attentive service. Excellent consistent service.

   - Incorrectly diagnosed problem after I gave them the solution. - Head gaskets done were not installed correctly and needed to replaced within months. - Service receptionist did not know what a inspection II service was and asked “is this something you read on the internet”. They the conducted a split inspection II service as they did not have parts on hand even though it was booked far in advance. Received the vehicle back and the DCS unit completely failed, which they made me pay for even though it failed under their care. They said it would take 3-4 weeks to get it and it took 8. Horrible service experience, will not go back.
