    Awful customer service, after a phone call about an enquiry and quote have decided to go elsewhere. I chose Tawa location as it's on my way to work, Whitby had quoted me half the price, was very helpful and worth the drive

    There is simpy no need for either office staff in particular or Techs to speak down or be rude directly to customers for over 25 years or anyone for matter. After terrible service and the mower not being fixed after 2nd attempt after being told it was working twice. Refund was given and mpwer gone to another nearby company who are half the price and fixed what was told wasnt fixable. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

    Excellent Service and very fair pricing. Bought in my Masport Lawnmower for a service after it died. Ended up needing a replacement engine after 12+ years. They found a VG Reconditioned Motor at an amazing price. Runs like near New.

    I bought an expensive second hand Ride On Mower from Bruce the owner of this company. I’m struggling to think of an occasion I’ve had worse customer service, and a nonchalant couldn’t care less behaviour over a sustained period of time. Would categorically NOT recommend to anyone who values good business etiquette.

    Tried to get a chimney sweep end of March. First no one called me back, then they finally booked me in at a time that I could not be at home, took them another 4 weeks to book me in again and they did not turn up again. They told me the wrong day and made out that it was my fault. Incredibly rude and told me to go somewhere else. I certainly will be. Rude and unhelpful

    Dropped mower in thurs and said I needed it ideally for Sunday and if there was an express service as was happy to pay extra for the timeframe. However I was informed I could have it for Sunday and no extra charge. Great honest good old fashioned service. Will use your services again and recommend to others should they need your services.     Walker parts, @ retail price plus markup, making it extremely expensive (They are no longer a walker dealer). Very poor and extremely slow customer service. Still waiting for the last of my parts. Sick of having to chase up every month. I first contacted tawa mowers on the 3rd October 2022, 6 months on still waiting and yes they were paid in full.
