   Very good communication, and quick with my custom flashings. We had some delivery damage but a few photos and an email later it was all sorted. Stuff happens but putting it right quickly is all you can ask for.

   Absolutely poor job quality and finish with arrogant and rude customer service. Had a full building cladded and flashed with less than desirable finish. Response from metal craft is “ this is standard practice” cladding was installed from end to end of building leaving all external openings with flashings at different sizes. Looks absolutely absurd!! No consideration for symmetry or aesthetics.
