“Hannah made our shopping experience an absolute dream. Allowing us to reshuffle a couch to make it fit our restricted space. And she continued an amazing service post-service helping us decide on what is for some families a HUGE buying decision. Thanks for even allowing us to borrow a pillow to know which fabric fits best our new home! Overall, GREAT experience. Look for Hannah :)”
“Keep it local they are small and homely easy to talk to and very experienced if I have any worries I know where to go I'm lucky he's there to help”
“Yum! Just stumbled upon this little shop. Gorgeous range of macarons.”
“We visited the store at Thursday evening when the mall was pretty quite. And although we were just browsing around, we decided to purchase some thermals for kid and the man at the counter was super friendly and helpful when we picked the wrong item! And he was very patient when we were trying to log into our account and after our card was declined twice. We felt welcome there even if it was evening when normally staff are so ready to go home and they don’t look forward to wandering people.”
“The team at Prestige Car Parts is fantastic! They helped me find a rare part for my vehicle and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of car parts."”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an awesome shopping experience at JJ Manukau thanks to Anna! She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect jacket and sweatshirt. Her friendly attitude, product knowledge, and genuine willingness to assist made a huge difference. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me with great suggestions until I found exactly what I needed. Exceptional customer service like this is hard to come by—thank you, Anna! I’ll definitely be back.”
“This is a clearance outlet so you will find many older season and odd size items for a decent discount. I found some great winter items that icebreaker no longer sell for a big $180 discount off retail. Overall worth a visit and you will be surprised what you find”
“Good shop. Sells most of the necessities when the supermarket is closed.”
“Pak’nSave Sylvia Park is one of the better options if you’re after cheap groceries but still want a cleaner, more modern shopping experience. Being located right next to the Sylvia Park shopping centre gives it a bit of an edge — it feels a little more polished than some of the older Pak’nSaves around Auckland, and the vibe is a bit less hectic, at least during off-peak hours. The store itself is fairly new, well-lit, and spacious. Aisles are wide enough to get through without having to constantly dodge other trolleys, and the layout makes sense. It’s still got that classic Pak’nSave look — plain, functional, no fancy extras — but it’s more pleasant to walk around than somewhere like Papakura or Royal Oak. Prices are solid. You’ll find all the usual weekly deals and budget-friendly bulk items. If you’re planning a big shop or trying to save a bit each week, this place delivers. The produce section is usually well-stocked and fresher than average. Same goes for the meat department — good variety, and the quality seems to be a bit more consistent here compared to other branches. The bakery has your standard breads and rolls, nothing gourmet, but decent for everyday needs. Staff are generally helpful. They’re not going to chase you down to offer assistance, but if you ask someone, they’ll usually point you in the right direction or find what you need. Checkout times can vary — self-service is available and useful for smaller shops, while the manned checkouts are hit-or-miss depending on the time of day. Parking is actually pretty good since it shares space with Sylvia Park Mall. There’s heaps of it, and it’s not as chaotic as some other Pak’nSave carparks. That said, it can get busy during peak shopping hours or weekends, especially when the mall is packed, but it’s manageable and definitely better than the tight squeeze at places like Royal Oak. One minor issue is that, like with other Pak’nSaves, not everything listed online matches what’s available in-store. So if you’re going in for something specific you saw on the website, be prepared for it to be out of stock or just not stocked at this location. All up, Pak’nSave Sylvia Park strikes a pretty good balance — you get the low prices and variety that Pak’nSave is known for, but with a cleaner, more organised store layout and a bit less stress. It’s a solid option if you’re in the area and don’t mind skipping the frills to get the savings.”
“I was pleasantly surprised of how the staff were very helpful to their clients. Sharon, took her time to really help me out to search for a rare item that I needed and got everything organized like magic. Will definitely go back to this store when I can.”

“Best shopping experience I have had in a long time. Extremely helpful but not pushy staff. So polite and patient.”
“I heard about this store some time ago. Only have the chance to visit it recently. This is not your normal Asian supermarket. The tidiness and cleanness are impressive. I can't say their prices are the lowest, but the range and variety are huge compared to other markets.”
“Came into Crackerjack a couple weeks ago and was helped by (I think) a guy named Blake - super friendly and gave genuinely great customer service. Made the whole visit really easy and welcoming. Legend!”
“Super helpful young man Max. Good price for Black Friday specials.”

“Spice World is my go-to store for authentic Indian and Pakistani groceries and spices. They have a fantastic variety of fresh and packaged products—from fragrant spices and lentils to frozen snacks and specialty items you can’t find elsewhere. The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable, and I always find what I’m looking for. Highly recommended for anyone who loves cooking desi food or needs hard-to-find ingredients!”
“It is a wonderful establishment for purchasing everyday items and lottery tickets. Moreover, Mitul is particularly commendable for his excellent service and the complimentary products he generously provides with each purchase.”
“Loved this bakery very nice staffa and the sausage rolls and cheese and steak pies are amazing. I love in Malaysia and I'm Australian so to finally have some good bakery food was like being at home thanks.”
“Guy I dealt with over the phone was super helpful, made sure I got the right part, part arrived the next day which was a big surprise. Have fitted it and is working great. I know who to contact when I require anything else.”
“Excellent service on Mothers day where we enjoyed a filling, value for money menu in a friendly customer focused atmosphere. We ate inside where we were able to order off a varied menu. We ordered the benediction breakfast, and the big breakfast. Both were flavourful, with generous portions. The coffee was hot, and well made, in fact we ordered another at the end of our meal, taking our time to catch up without feeling rushed. We met Shaheen the owners wife who was checking to see that we were okay. Thank you to the chef, barista, and welcoming staff who made my mother's day very special.”
