After buying something at 8pm online and realising that it was infact a mistake and not what I wanted and then subsquently emailing to cancel my order at 2am, you then did not reply and sent my order a day later. I did not want this product and you should have cancelled it!
Keep it local they are small and homely easy to talk to and very experienced if I have any worries I know where to go I'm lucky he's there to help
Friendly welcome, good shop however aqua pets too expensively priced. We are from out of Auckland and It looks like this guys prices are much higher than normal regional prices you live in. After his shop we went to Hollywood fish shop as were recommended by other aqua pet owners and they were a bit reasonable and we bought a handful of different fishes. Sorry Gold fish pagoda we will not be using the online service or returning your way. Goodluck
No longer in Cascades road. Very sad and dirty fish tanks. Whole shop felt crowded and run down.
Dirty tanks and fish not well cared for
The owner is really helpful and very nice to chat to. Always a great selection of fish and accessories for tanks. Great selection of dog and cat toys and accessories. Best part is the cats/kittens are all rescues! They care for their animals really well. Perfect family run pet store!
Cute little store with really nice friendly owner. He had a variety of fish, some budgies, finches, kittens and more. Fish are very healthy; a great selection of larger goldfish.
Awesome place! We just got our new kitten from this place and she is absolutely adorable, friendly and happy little girl! :) we are so surprised that she knew how to use the kitty litter already at 9 weeks as well. We were served by Keegan and we found him to be very knowledgeable and helpful too. The kittens have had plenty of human interaction so are used to humans etc We will definitely be back for our next pet :)
