   Went in to Repco Pukekohe to get brake shoes for my partners van and was helped Mackenzie. the two sets that were in stock in the morning when i checked were sold over the day. She checked on the Takanini store and they were out of stock too. She then checked with a local supplier who had some and organised for us to get them ASAP. My partner was able to change his brakes that night. She was friendly, helpful, great sense of humour and a real credit to the store.

   Spoke with two staff members down here recently about a replacement battery. One referred me to the other, who did some further investigation and liaised with a separate branch which ensured I was able to go and get the battery on the same day. Team appeared to work well together and helped heaps.
