   Got a service this week and that was all fine, but they seem to have caked the car in some kind of material. So Ive now got to go get a car wash. I really hope the staff wear breathing equipment if thats what's in the air!

   My car was failed on its wof for the window tinting despite passing every year for 10 years previously. Ironically even at other AA branches it had passed for several years. Furthermore when AA Newmarket did the service a couple years previously no mention was made about the window tints. When I asked the guy to explain how it had passed other years at other AA branches and no mention made by Newmarket themselves couple year's prior, he said he thought I'd just been lucky! Reckon I was UNLUCKY to go to AA Newmarket. Maybe they were peeved because I don't go there for my service now. Clearly they were being super pedantic, they could have passed my car and brought it to my attention. The visibility of my tints which were legally done is absolutely fine, lighter than some new cars tinted windows and certainly not a safety factor. Anyway I obtained a warrant with another garage that has common sense and not looking for a "quota" of passes and falls. This other local garage will be getting my business and recommendations from now on. Avoid AA Newmarket at all costs!!

   Excellent service , honest mechanics & you don't get ripped off . The receptionists are wonderfully polite & helpful . Parking in their car park to collect your car afterwards not halfway down the road & you have to find it . Overall 6 stars ☆ , couldn't fault them .

   My BMW 745 is a 20-year-old car, so every year, some parts tend to malfunction or need replacement. In the past, every repair felt like a struggle. But this time, at AA in New Market, James and his colleague Liao worked together to help me locate some very hard-to-find parts and repaired the faulty components of my car. We deeply cherish this old car of ours because we maintain it with great care. However, due to its age, some parts simply must be replaced, and we need professionals to handle that. James and Raj Prasad the Branch Manager provided us with helpful suggestions regarding the parts we couldn’t find. When we brought the parts we managed to source to their repair shop, he diligently resolved all the issues for us. I am truly grateful for the assistance from both of them. This level of service attitude has become quite rare in many auto repair shops nowadays. Thank you—thank you and your team for all your support. Simon

   Very accommodating. Fast and friendly service. I drove in with no appointment at the end of the business day as my car kept stalling. They assessed the issue and fixed my car. I was on my way within an hour as stated. Highly recommended.

   Great service and looks like others agree given the number of good reviews. Mechanics called once car arrived and been checked, as it had to be towed from home (starter motor) They were professional on the phone and explained everything clearly. Some additional work needed to investigate after engine light came on, but no extra labour to go back and fix, thank you. They also spotted some steering issue and corrected. They checked with me prior to going ahead if there was a cost involved. Receptionist was excellent, nice to deal with, friendly and knowledgeable too. Recommend the AA Newmarket branch. Car running great. For the work they did the bill was Thanks!
