   Sold my car for scrap to this company - asked if there was anything I needed to do on my end and they said no. Ignorance on my part as it was my first car - but I've just been hit with a bill for vehicle still being under my name as they said they'd de-register it for me but did not. Terrible customer service.

   Great service and high level of trustworthiness. The unit received was partially faulty and I got a refund as soon as I alerted them to it. However, I ended up combining good parts of my old unit and good parts of the one they sent to make something out of it. When I rung again to offer at least a part payment because of it, they were happy that I made it work and didn't want a payment.
