Great Chinese Supermarket, have many choice and product from China, southern Asian and vegetarian product from Taiwan too. The cashier was very friendly when serving customer. Always a good shopping experience here.
Nice little supermarket in Glenfield. They have fresh food, good prices, and lots of Asian items. Easy to find what you need. Good place to stop by if you’re doing your weekly shopping.
A very unique Asian supermarket. Relatively spacious and clean, with friendly staff. I have never had any problems with the things I bought here. Even when it is on sale. There is a unique Chinese-style lounge area at the door. You can see that the owner wants to provide customers with a unique shopping experience, especially for Chinese people, it is an experience with a sense of belonging. There is a famous Chinese painting here: Along the River During the Qingming Festival. And there is also a grand piano, everyone can play it at will, so many times you can hear free beautiful piano. This is a kind of relaxation and enjoyment for busy office workers. Moreover, the passage leading to the parking lot is also decorated with old photo exhibitions. The owner did not miss any place that can provide beautiful enjoyment. Like. Worth recommending.
I heard about this store some time ago. Only have the chance to visit it recently. This is not your normal Asian supermarket. The tidiness and cleanness are impressive. I can't say their prices are the lowest, but the range and variety are huge compared to other markets.
No Doubt this is a clean and tidy chinese supermarket. But I'm upset about the young boy cashier don't know how to differentiate various species of pears, end up he charged more than it should be. Also, he said the bamboo steamer doesn't come with the lid. By not holding up the queue, I told the boy to keep the lid. So, check the receipt before pay, this is not Countdown.
Super extraordinary market , you can get what you want, from the the deep ocean to front lagoon seafood, many and so fresh in the eyes, huge and beautiful setup and lovely clean super market. For those want to cook sea food this is the place you can find the right one seafood you never get easy to get from the seashore. Cheer, Glenfield Golden Apple Supermarket. YAHOO! My favourite Asian supermarket is now in North Shore. Great specials this week and a lot more choice than the Henderson one. If you're looking for a very clean, tidy, well presented yet relatively affordable Asian supermarket, don't go elsewhere. Edit. Just be extra careful and double check your receipts because I've had them overcharged me a few times now. Not so much the computer prices being wrong but the cashier themselves double scanning items. Otherwise, it is still good.
One of the more decent Chinese supermarkets in NZ has opened its North Shore branch, it seems prices are not as competitive as the one out west, but it is at least another option that's available to us. Neat and tidy, much better than the Tai Ping nearby.
