⚠️SCAM ALERT ⚠️ THE OWNER IS SCAMMING PEOPLE BY FALSE ADVERTISING Went to this shop to buy whiskey for a friend's birthday present and while looking at the price they had " super deal" going on. There were other whiskeys with $5.00 off under super deal. When I took the sale price ticket off to see original price of Chivas as it was on "sale", it was the same price. Upon questioning the owner that he is false advertising that its on sale, he said the deals and prices are from headoffice and he is actually giving me a good price based on the price increase that's happening "next month". He was rude and ripped the original price ticket so i dont take a picture of it and in the end expected me to apologize for questioning him. Same thing he did to my colleague where he tried to scam her for a brandy bottle and when she questioned him he said the price ticket was for another brand but it wasn't. Have lodged a complaint to head office of Super Liqour and area manager Kerrie advised that she will escalate the complaint and investigate the branch.
OWNER IS FALSE ADVERTISING AND SCAMMING PEOPLE. PLEASE COMPARE THE ORIGINAL PRICE TO SPECIALS BEFORE BUYING! Me and my friend went to buy a bottle of whiskey which had a special price on it. In order to compare we looked at the original price tag which was the same amount. Upon confronting the owner, he deferred all the blame to Head Office and told us the special is because the price is going to increase "next month". When we requested to have the original price tag so we can take a photo, he ripped it apart. Towards the end he also called us rude without acknowledging his mistake. This is behavior and act is not acceptable especially for a regular customer and we have the whole company we work for buying liquor from the same store. Very disappointing!
Got what I needed at reasonable prices. Staff are always helpful and did help me yo make some good decisions. Parking is right outside.
