Pies where ok I guess...more like gravy pies than anything else. Chicken was ok and chips good but portion sizing for chips was rather small. On the upside there sweet stuff can be pretty good.

Love the steak and cheese pie only part that let's them down is i have had pies that are cold think they need to rotate them or get new pie warmer other than that its a good pie

Had two mince and cheese pies, wasn't the best. One bite and I knew, maybe I'm just used to good pies? One in Te Atatu south next to countdown is always good so will just get them from here :)

Sausage roll, frank roll and chocolate muffin were all extremely dry. The muffin was stale and must've been sitting in a cabinet for days, not fresh at all. Bacon and egg pie was also pretty bland. Very disappointed.

Good range of stuff, prices are decent and the staff are super friendly. This is pretty much the trifecta of what it takes to make a decent bakery. Would definitely go again and recommend to others. The banana cream pancake was super yum diddley umptious. I have visited this place a few times over the last few months and everything I have tried so far has been tasty

Bad quality of food at ridiculous prices. Bacon and Egg Quiche was overcooked, dry and tasted nothing like a quiche. Pastry disguised it's look but underneath it all, it tasted yuk.

It is with great sadness I write this review, I visited last Week with my family of 5 for the first time, their food was great. Flavors popping, texture rocking and all the above and have to say their Steak n Cheese pie was pretty decent. HOWEVER and unfortunately upon my wife eating her custard tart, it has come to our attention that a tiny insect which we believe was a fruit fly was mixed ever so nicely into the melted sugar glaze instantly snuffing out our desire to finish our lunch. This wasn't really a big issue as we understand accidents happen right?, surely one would'nt die on the spot if they accidentally ate a fruit fly right =). So we took it back and showed the bakery staff and sure enough they were happy to exchange it for another steak n cheese pie of which I happily paid the extra price for. The following Week being in the area and hungry again, this time just my wife and I. We decide to try again and stop in for some yummy lunch. Buying to our hearts content and satisfied with life we proceed to sit and enjoy our beautiful looking lunch. #InstantRegret Upon biting into my pie I immediately feel this thick cold jelly like, gooey goupie texture in my mouth which to say the least was very distasteful and not very nice IMHO such to my disappointment as I knew I had 1 more to go. Dropping my pie in disappointment. I immediately go for the 2nd pie praying that the 1st was only 1 accident in the batch however again gooey goupy discusst. Realising that I now have no will to eat either pie I drop my head in sorrow and put them down as write offs. I understand the time and effort put into making them so in my mind I am still great-full and am happy to leave it at a loss HOWEVER sadly thats not the last of our story. Finally pulling myself back from the land of doom and gloom I proceed to eat my 2nd sandwich and just as I lean in to take that ever so mouth watering bite of my chicken salad sandwich there it is, a green hairy discolored patch of mold on the bread barley the size of my littler fingers point, this has sadly left an untrustable feeling on both mine and my wives mind and so sadly was forced to return it and let them know so that hopefully they would check the rest and remove any that may be tainted from display. There is no council grading visible on display in there shop and I'm guessing this is why, sadly we won't be returning here but wish them all the very best, just sharing our experience for your information. Thanks again bakery, I hope I will be able to once again grow the courage to walk in and eat again. With kindest regards.... WD
