“I have been a regular shopper at Stihl Shop Albany for over 10 years. I have purchased quite a few mowers, weed eaters and leaf blowers in that time. (I used to own a mowing and landscaping business) The level of service provided here is nothing short of perfect. The staff are always friendly and treat you as their only customer. Nothing is too much trouble and the repairs and servicing are done to the highest standard. Stihl equipment is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Reliable and capable machinery.”

Jesse setup my Jackson king V for full C Tuning, the string gauge is Ernie Ball Not Even Slinky 012 to 056 so I can play Sludge Doom. Ltd EC-10 guitar got fix by Chris and Jesse at Rockshop, they did good at fix my Ltd EC-10 and Ltd EC-10 sound amazing”

“After shopping, I found that the right rear wheel of the car had an abnormal sound, and then parked in the parking lot in front of the store, just a handsome guy found us, chatted with us enthusiastically and said that he heard the sound of our car, and then helped us check that it may be that the stone was stuck in the brake disc. But he was done with work, he checked it for me and then went back to the shop to get the tools and said see if it could be solved, and then he noticed that there were sawdust stuck in the brakes and helped us get rid of it. He was friendly and communicated with us all the time. And he's off work and he's willing to help solve the problem, and it's free. The service was really good. Very impressed. Forgot to ask the name of the handsome guy. Thank you for that tall, thin and handsome guy.”
