Always well looked after by the team and management 10/10 always helpful everytime I go in their store which is why it's the only sthil shop I go into real good customer service right down to the maintenance team that look after my equipment when need fixing thanks lads
Was not good service at all… was unbelievable service! The knowledge and no Bullshitting was the service you’re after. Definitely will be back here again, however I’ve just brought a Stihl Lawnmower so don’t think I’ll be back for a few years. Great products and selection.
I have been a regular shopper at Stihl Shop Albany for over 10 years. I have purchased quite a few mowers, weed eaters and leaf blowers in that time. (I used to own a mowing and landscaping business) The level of service provided here is nothing short of perfect. The staff are always friendly and treat you as their only customer. Nothing is too much trouble and the repairs and servicing are done to the highest standard. Stihl equipment is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Reliable and capable machinery.
Steve is a gem, great on the phone and in person. Didn't feel rushed and had helpful tips for my chainsaw this arvo... what an asset to your team !

I purchased a Stihl hedge trimmer from Stihl Albany. Jason was incredibly helpful, no question too silly, patiently explained the various options and tools. The tool itself is fantastic, high quality, easy to use, and effective. I would recommend Stihl Albany highly!

The team here are fantastic, honest and friendly and very efficient. Their advice is great and their servicing department is all that you need. I would highly reccomend a visit if you are looking for Stihl products and straight up answers and they make you feel so welcome.
