   I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. Took my phone in for a screen replacement, that's it, just a screen replacement as I had a slight crack through it on the left side, nothing else wrong with my phone, just the screen. An hour later... went to pick it up, was covered in glue, something was sticking out of the bottom of it, the side was cracked where it opened from and the screen wasn't sitting flush at all. The guy started scratching all the glue off with his fingernails, before getting a wipe to clean it, which ddnt work and was also trying to pick out what was sticking out from the bottom, a wipe stuck inside. He took my phone told me to come bk in 45 mins so he could re glue the screen. Very annoyed, I agreed only because I desperately needed my phone. I returned for my phone, and it's covered in rubber bands and more glue & told to remove them in an hour. Now, I'm livid. Was given $10 refund for my inconvenience. Get home, left my phone for the hour, removed the bands, wiped the excess glue, turn my phone on, and the screen starts glitching. Call the store, spoke to the same guy, asked for his manager, to which he replied he's on leave & won't be bk til Monday. Over this particular weekend, my phone loses audio, my camera for vid calls shows a black circle background and the screen glitches real bad on and off. Monday arrives, I call the store from my daughters phone, the manager is in. By this time, he is well aware of my situation. Arrive at the store, manager takes my phone, tells me to come bk in 45 mins. 45 mins later I'm bk at the store to pick up my phone only to be told this that the other is wrong with it. I have horns, now. How can this be... The manager says, the speaker was in the wrong place, the camera was loose which he put bk in place he says, however he can't explain the glitching... all this while handing my phone back to me in pieces. By this time, I'm furious & ask for a full refund and told him to put my phone back together. He put my phone back together, gave my refund. The next day the screen just dies. Glitched itself off & I couldn't get it to work. Totally heart broken by this, as I have precious, irreplaceable videos & photos of my late grandsons funeral on my phone & it's his 3rd year anniversary nxt week 29th. Have taken my phone to another store to be serviced, in the hope I can get some pics from it, to be told the motherboard fried due to the screen replacement not intact properly. Unbelievable! No I definitely wouldn't recommend this place, e gifts and only did the 1 star rating to post my review. Zero stars!

   Do not recommend, low quality products and poor customer service (Westfield manukau store) A few months ago I took my Huawei phone there to replace a cracked screen. After only 4 months, the new screen went black and died. I have gone back to the store to complain about it and have asked them to check the screen they had replaced just a few months earlier. They told me I had to purchase a new screen from them, that was the only solution they offered. Clearly, they are very unprofessional, either using cheap faulty screens (perhaps used ones?) or very low quality screens. Stay away from them and go elsewhere if you need to replace your mobile phone screen.

   Tried to get my 19 month old a passport photo, it was rejected on application so I contacted egifts to have it retaken for free, to which they agreed. When I arrived they then told me they wouldn't retake it because it's likely to be rejected again. So I asked for my $25 back and they queried the amount saying it was $18! I showed my receipt for $25 so they put the refund through but wouldn't give me my original receipt back - legally this is the customer copy for my records. I wouldn't recommended their passport service, it's expensive for an unprofessional product and zero customer service.
