“We had a wonderful three day stay. The level of detail is superb - Dietske refreshed our room twice a day and Gary had the most thoughtful and exquisitely prepared meals. They had so many good recommendations for us - ranging from beachside fish and chips to high end dinners and wineries! We were delighted by it all and found the stay warm, hospitable, comfortable, and deluxe. Booking a dinner with Gary is a must - so fresh, local, and a variety of flavors and tastes! The inn itself is small (2 rooms) so it’s a best fit for people looking to engage w the hosts and learn about the local food and culture through them.”

“I was helped by the most amazing lady Ange who was so understanding and went out her way to assist me. I was very stressed and worried about an engine light that had come on. I am a rural customer- living 1 & a half hours away. I had a very busy child with me and once they had ascertained what was wrong with my car they were able to order the part and repair it super efficiently. I cannot recommend this dealership enough and will be returning for any repair needed and to purchase my next vehicle.”

My prescription is ready within minutes and they always take the time to answer any questions I might have. Highly recommend you go to Andersons if you’re wanting to skip the long wait times at bigger places like bargain chemist of chemist warehouse. Better service, friendly staff, and much shorter wait times. 12/10”

“Highly recommend this company, I had a charging issue with my truck, Paul (manager) had one of his workers diagnosis the issue straight away, he spent approximately half an hour checking and identifying the issue, there was no charge for the diagnosis, (rarely seen these days), HDL were able to sorce replacement parts instantly and had my truck booked into the workshop the next day, I also had HDL look at another electrical problem, and this was also corrected and truck is running better than ever, Jacob who worked on my truck both times really did a thorough job and his work is impeccable, definitely an asset to HDL auto's , thanks team much appreciated...John”

“I am a first time shopper with Frames Footwear. I was after a pair of Bresley shoes and they had what I wanted. I sent off a request at 10am, and was kept informed all the way. The courier collected the shoes around 4pm and I received them by 3.30pm the following day and I live North of Auckland. So from Dunedin to the North of Auckland in one day is absolutely fantastic. I received a lovely hand-written note from Tom. There was a wee issue with the shoes (they squeaked) so I sent an email to Tom, which he answered straight away and sent me up a pottle of beeswax (which once again was received within 24 hours). This has fixed the squeaking. I can't thank you enough for the good old fashioned wonderful service. So much appreciated, and I will be shopping with you again. :)”
