Was having car issues and came in an hour before closing. They were busy but Ian heard my car problem and came out to help. He gave me a break down of the issue and made sure the car was decent enough to drive. Quality people, thanks again.

Great service and really nice people. Got a flat battery just when we arrived at the VTNZ next door. Ian was just amazing when we asked for help and immediately helped us jumped start our car. He really saved our day! We later decided to get the battery checked and changed here. The whole team are all just amazing!
Highly recommended this place, I took a car here to get a pre purchase inspection done. Ian & Liz where very helpful and friendly. ian explained everything to me about the car and its issues it had so i could understand, Liz was super lovely although i was there to witness a rude customer she handled the situation so well so kudos to you liz. thank you both for the fantastic experience, I'll definitely be using you guys as my mechanics.
After shopping, I found that the right rear wheel of the car had an abnormal sound, and then parked in the parking lot in front of the store, just a handsome guy found us, chatted with us enthusiastically and said that he heard the sound of our car, and then helped us check that it may be that the stone was stuck in the brake disc. But he was done with work, he checked it for me and then went back to the shop to get the tools and said see if it could be solved, and then he noticed that there were sawdust stuck in the brakes and helped us get rid of it. He was friendly and communicated with us all the time. And he's off work and he's willing to help solve the problem, and it's free. The service was really good. Very impressed. Forgot to ask the name of the handsome guy. Thank you for that tall, thin and handsome guy.

Outstanding service from Midas Northwood. Dropped in to make an appointment & although obviously really busy ( always a good sign ) they found a few minutes to fix my rather minor ( but crucial ) problem on the spot. How good is that ! I will be back & I will be telling all my friends as well. Simply awesome.
