   Visited the Lunn Ave shop recently to get my line trimmer fixed and serviced and inquire about a domestic waterblaster. The service I got from assistant manager Francis was outstanding, very helpful and knowledgeable with a firm belief in the product. He answered all of my questions and then left me to it. I'm happy to say that I upgraded the line trimmer and leveled up with a new waterblaster and I am absolutely stoked! And he had an awesome rapport with my 8-year old which allowed me time to think thru my purchase. Thank you Francis! I thoroughly recommend these guys!

   I have had an issue with my hot plate bbq and my pulse bbq. Called the helpline, great but fixes were wrong or they didn’t know. Both times called in to this store to ask advise and the young guy ( sorry didn’t get your name) nailed the fixes immediately. So impressed, look after him, he’s a keeper.

   Absolutely fantastic service here! I was having a terrible job trying to replace the twine in my weed eater and I’m pretty sure that I broke it trying. Phil was so helpful. He replaced some parts and replaced the twine and showed me how to do it, right there and then for a nominal charge. I will definitely go back here again
