“Bright Beginnings Early Learning Centre - Hamilton is like a second home to my 2 little girls. They are very supportive of the children’s early learning and individual development. The rooms are spacious, warm and cozy and provide different kinds of resources for the children to explore. My girls are always excited to go to kindy every morning. Since I have also recently become part of this centre, it’s good to know and see for myself how things work in the centre and how very passionate the staff are in looking after every child like they are family. As a parent, it gives me the peace of mind that my children are in good hands and are well taken cared of. Definitely made the right decision to enroll our children here.”

“Buckle my shoe is an amazing little centre with friendly and welcoming staff. Over the past few months my daughter has grown and developed so much and the educators have really encouraged her every step of the way. They are more than willing to try accommodate for hours and days needed and have gone the extra mile for us more than a few times. This centre is great for anyone who’s a bit unsettled about transitioning into daycare. They are happy to update you throughout the day, and also send you home with a little notebook full with the days notes. Definitely recommend to all parents and caregivers!”

“The movement project is fantastic! I am a hockey player and massage therapist with several old injuries. The sessions with Lawrence have really helped with my core strength, joint stability, endurance and flexibility. It is a great form of recovery but gives you so much more. Lawrence gives you amazing guidance and options to adjust the poses to suit your ability. He clearly has a lot of knowledge on dynamic functional movement and the anatomy. It's also great to be able to access the live zoom sessions as well as an abundance of pre-recorded videos, so you can add in extra strength or recovery sessions whenever it suits. Highly recommended!”

“Love training at GrapplingHQ. What the boys have created is a stellar culture of excellent technique, amazing sparring and a warm and inviting environment to ask questions and learn as a group. Classes are well structured, focusing on solid technique that is clearly and succinctly explained. It's obvious the coaches are passionate about the success of each and everyone of the team. I have trained at a few places and feel very lucky that I have found this team to be a part of. If you've trained before and are keen to check it out I highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed. I was genuinely impressed in my interactions with Rowan - I had numerous questions relating to equipment and techniques so that i could help the kids practice following their lesson. He took the time to answer every question I had and nothing felt rushed. His explanations were clear, patient, and genuinely helpful. The two instructors assigned to the group were friendly and knowledgeable. The kids had a great time and said they would definitely be keen to return in the future.”
