I am a complete beginner and the ocean can feel quite intimidating at first, but Martina made us feel calm, safe and confident from the very start. She was thoughtful and incredibly encouraging, focussing on what we were good at and building on that. She analysed our moves and always gave good advice on how to improve to be better at the next try. I would highly recommend her and South Pacific Surf.”

Damien and the whole team are great at building up mobility, body awareness, confidence, and technique in kids of all ages from what we've seen. “The best thing I did was come back to dance as an adult and join the Bennett School of Ballet and Jazz family. The teachers are wonderful and experts in tailoring classes to all abilities. The classes they provide for adults who are wanting to return to dance or just give dancing a go are amazing. The dance school has a lovely warm, welcoming environment where you can have fun and meet some great like minded people who love to dance.”

“Best place to train I’ve personally trained there mauy Thai and boxing sinc ethe place use to be etk north shore and become really good mates with the owner and very very friendly people so don’t be shy to come on down if you wanna train for any sport or you have a boxing or mauy Thai fight coming up just come on in if you need boxing let Craig know and also I think there is boxing at urban sports now!”
