I am very pleased to have joined this dental practice. I find the receptionists to be very welcoming and super efficient. I feel in the best of hands, with my dentist Dr Graeme Lynam, who balances professionalism with relatability. Treatment options are discussed thoroughly with me and any questions answered openly.
I have been receiving amazing care from this practice. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Boden explains everything to me thoroughly and thoughtfully and has gone out of his way to make me feel comfortable. His assistant Avalon is so attentive and reassuring during procedures and I thoroughly recommend their care. I have also had hygienist cleaning done and the lovely nurse was so gentle and did a wonderful job.
I recently visited The Dentists – Tauranga and had such a positive experience. The team were incredibly welcoming, and Graeme took the time to openly discuss which treatments and options were best suited to my needs. For my hygienist appointments, Kailey and Alicia were both super friendly and helped me feel completely at ease throughout the process. Overall, it’s a fantastic practice for all your dental care needs—highly recommended!
Both my husband and I have been going to Graeme Lynam for more than 20 years and we have consistently had excellent and skilful procedures by him. He is always happy to discuss the best treatment for our teeth while being mindful of our pockets. We highly recommend him, he is a very gentle and caring man. The other lovely staff at the practice are so friendly and welcoming and I can honestly say it's pretty much a pleasure to go to The Dentists.
I'm not saying this lightly , I'm the worst patient in the world when it comes to dentists ,I have major anxiety because I can react to anesthetic and sensitive to pain , so have been to many dentists and today I found the most caring gentle patient dentist in Alistair ,I had the best experience I have ever had , I cannot Thank him enough, he took his time and explained every step as he went , I honestly didn't sleep the night before because my anxiety was so high , but his soft gentle approach has finally made me feel relaxed about going to the dentist again , thank you so much Alistair
I've been under the care of Sally over the course of my treatment. I came in for a check and she discovered a couple of holes and an overbite (that I've been aware of). She pointed out that I'm grinding my teeth and wearing them of in the wrong places, and we have a plan on what to do about it. Now that I'm aware of it I'm slowly teaching myself to do it less, which also seems to have calmed down some of my headaches. I've now had 2 fillings done. I'm extremely anxious when going to the dentists. But Sally and Kyra are a fantastic team and talked me through every step. I barely felt a thing and feel a lot better now that my teeth have been fixed. Everyone from reception to DA have been amazing to me. Thanks so much team!
Im not the easiest person to treat, find it hard to breath and I gag a lot during treatment but Graeme and his assistant Alicia are so caring and understanding. I always get friendly and efficient service from the office staff. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now.
My mum had her root canal done by Graeme and his team. She is so grateful her treatment as she has had really bad previous experiences and knows the value of true professionalism and honest care. Highly recommend.
I had my choppers checked and cleaned by Jake today. Im not going to say it was fun but everything he planned on doing was explained and he did it very professionally. The Otumoetai team have in recent years sorted out my broken teeth and old fillings as well as cleaning and check ups. Always found them really easy to deal with.
