Thanks to them I was able to pack that night before I headed to a work conference in Australia for 3 days, then straight onto Bali after that! All which wouldn’t have been possible without my suitcase. Thank you team!”

“Super impressed right from the assistant at the Merivale store. I went in browsing and she asked if she could help. I said no one seems to have navy sandals and she immediately asked if I had seen ones on the website and showed them to me. I pondered for a day as also saw they were in a powder blue colour. A bit more expensive than their competition (sometimes) but I'm more than happy to pay the difference due to their excellent service. They also have a great returns policy. Also the more you buy the greater discount you get, so consider that when comparing retailers. Went there to buy some football boots this time and very happy with the purchase after a lot of patience on their behalf trying on many different options.
