Always a great experience shopping at Mischief! Not only do they have a really extensive and varied range, but their service is second to none. This time I ordered online, and the boots weren't quite right on arrival so I returned in-store. Charming staff helped me find replacements that suited me better, and gave advice to help perfect fit (like most people, I have one foot larger than the other - solved by staff with an insole). The return was complicated in terms of the computer system - throughout staff were repeatedly apologizing for the time it took (although it was absolutely not their fault!) I go back to Mischief time and again for what is invariably the best range and service in Wellington - highly recommend!
I was visiting Wellington in March and was a bit worried trying to find winter boots to wear to a wedding that I needed for a few days time. The staff were exceptional. I have forgotten the man and womanβs names but wonβt forget their amazing service. The woman found my size in the Bresley boots I wanted and got them in for me by the next morning. I swung by the next day morning before heading to PaekΔkΔriki and they were there waiting. I was also offered other options of having them shipped! The customer service was above and beyond with solutions and genuine friendly staff. Best shopping experience in a long time!! NgΔ mihi

I had a great experience shopping at Mischief, i saw a pair of boots on their website and called in to request for it to send to Wellington brand and the shipping was so fast. Henry at Wellington store was so nice to me and he is wonderful in customer service. They have a nice range of boots selection. Totally recommend this store
Great experience with staff person Sailah..she has knowledge about the product ,customer needs & very warm personality. I recently bought boots made in Spain.. I mentioned I need something that can deal with moisture & cold weather & walkable at same time with style to it ,the product she recommended & shown are amazing ,sold in 15 minutes and she also mentioned I can drop my previous boots for repair..very through & friendly..I highly recommend visiting to this store..
