    I have a few particular requirements when it comes to shoes. I went to Willow Shoes store yesterday and was greeted by the most wonderful lady. I told her all my requirements and away she went and sorted me out quite alot of shoes to try. I did get a pair of really lovely shoes, but it took almost 1hr of this wonderful ladies time, she was very patient, kind, caring and very very helpful to this old lady. I will definitely be going back to Willow Shoes. I would recommend them to everyone. I hope she gets the praise she deserves. Thank you for helping me.

    Have been shopping at Willow Shoes for 15 yrs. Went to chch store today, two staff working. They were both serving one customer who was paying when I arrived. Not greeted at all. I tried in one shoe and walked a round, never offered the other or any help at all. Left without being spoken to. As I am from out of town it is a destination store for me, last visit I got 3 pairs. Unlikely to go back.
