   On behalf of Jane Hadlow 16/12/2025 I only purchase shoes from Ecco. They are super comfortable and last for years while still looking great. The leather is so soft and there is never a “ breaking in” period. They fit from the start. To top it off the customer service is outstanding. The team are always happy to help and any issues are dealt with promptly and professionally. I cannot rate Ecco highly enough.

   Emil was incredibly helpful and patient, he knows the products well and his excellent customer service shone from the minute we entered the shop. He was excellent at sizing and producing shoes for my mum who is in her 80s. Qoobue was also lovely during purchase transaction. Such a good experience, super helpful and really lovely - highly recommend visiting this well stocked and organised shop - especially for the outstanding customer service!

   I shopped at the flagship store in Newmarket. The team were very knowledgeable and helped me select the best shoes for my need. The Multivents are very comfortable walking shoes. I have had Ecco’s before and I found them very good quality. Repeat customer that will come back based on service and quality of product.
